Almarin calculates and supplies mooring systems, either as accessories to its new buoys or for the maintenance of existing navigation aids equipment. For Almarin buoys our engineers can recommend, through the use of ABC software, an optimized configuration in terms of durability and performance of the equipment.

The company provides different designs of mooring systems for marine aids to navigation, using chains, elastic moorings or intermediate support buoys. The use of elastic mooring systems is becoming popular, since it is an ecological anchoring system for the protection of the seabed, usually posidonia meadows, which prevents the chain from rubbing on the seabed.
