The Port Authority of Seville continues in its constant improvement of navigation in the Ría del Guadalquivir, in Seville (Spain). Almarin, the company awarded the tender for marine aids to navigation, has executed the new marking, with the updating of equipment in a leading light and the replacement of two steel buoys with others made of elastomer in the Broa de Sanlúcar.

For this new beacon in the Dársena del Cuarto, Almarin has manufactured a total of seven units of Balizamar B1600T buoys (2 port side, 3 starboard side, a special mark and a north cardinal) with their respective LED projectors. Two Guia G3000TW buoys have been installed for the Broa de Sanlúcar, in addition to their respective LED marine lights and two AIS equipment. For line C, two high-tech LED projectors have been installed with two monitoring modules and, finally, Almarin has supplied two four-meter ALT 3 cylindrical poles for the basin, in the area of ??the old lock.

It is worth highlighting the choice of a grey hull in accordance with the most recent IALA recommendations for the cardinal buoy of Bajo de Picacho. This new color configuration does not consider the hull colour as part of the signal, ensuring that the necessary colors are incorporated into the structure.
